Rules and Policies

• UNM Surplus Property can only sell to UNM departments with a valid index code. We cannot sell to UNM employees or the public.
• Inspection times will be during Showroom hours or by appointment.
• All Surplus property is used and is sold AS-IS, no returns.
• All transactions are completed whether or not a physical inspection has been completed by the department.
• Departments must adhere to University Administrative Policy 4610 on acquisition and disposition of UNM surplus equipment.
